Awkward Internship situation?

you are obviously more talented than he is and so are more in demand than he is. Discuss this with him at an opportune time and ask his thoughts on the matter. Be humble and polite and he will not see you as a threat but a friend. You are doing your best work to impress ; as he should be ; if his best is not the same standard as yours then he has to pick up his game. Be flattered you are in demand and always strive to succeed. Be humble always and accept critique when offered. He must realise that you are naturally better than he ; so if you keep offering friendship he will not resent you for being better. If asked don't be afraid to give advice ; but remember ; always remember keep your edge; that Little knowledge that allows you to be more creative , more artistic , than anyone else. If you give up that edge then you become one of the average and will have to compete for work. hope this helps.
