Can I drink 1995 wine and 2000 champagne?

I have a 1995 Burgess Chardonnay that says "barrel fermented debourbage" on it and a 2000 Korbel California Champagne that says "extra dry" on it. I honestly don't care if this stuff tastes bad as long as I can choke it down and won't get sick. Is it still drinkable?
