Using fruit, dairy, and vegetables as staples of diet?

I am a runner with some digestive and blood sugar problems. I find I feel the best and digest the best eating veggies, fruit, milk, and fermented cultured/acidic/dairy such as cottage cheese, greek yogurt, buttermilk, etc. Anybody see any problems sans starch? Pretty much doin it n feelin pretty good. Im vegetarian btw and these are also my fave foods.
