Does this sound like a spider bite?

I woke up last thursday with itchy and numb lips, with a one side of my face red and itchy, with a normal pigmented line through it. the side of my mouth are extremely dry, and my lips feel extremely chapped, but its summer, and i doubt i would just wake up with chapped lips haha. Does this sound like a bite or reaction to something?
