How to deal with people who call you out on your manners?

The jumping in the front thing is rude, I would of said something too. But she could of held her own damn food, if you choose to offer her to hold it then ok, but you really ain't obligated to do that. Its gentlemen like tho... evidentally you don't like either one because you would have been more gentlemen like.. if you don't want to do it tell them your not obligated to do nothing you don't even though you will look ignorant
