If i fermented 23 ltrs of lager and put it in a 5gal pressureised?

if i fermented 23 ltrs of lager and put it in a 5gal pressureised beer barell and then bottled it after adding co2 and not the 3oz of sugar would it keep its fizz wen bottled or go flat ?
