Job Description for ER Tech?

So I'm a CNA and I'm going to be an intern for an ER Technician position at one of the hospitals in my town, and I'm curious as to what eh job entitles? I looked up a brief description adn was surprised to find I'm allowed to work EKGs, drawing blood, and inserting/removing cathers...I also saw that some Techs can do minor suture work? Any comments that can help would be great, thanks!
