My kitten has a wound how do I treat it?

I just pulled a larvae out of my kitten and it didn't bust or anything and this was over 5 hours ago so he isn't having an allergic reaction. But how do I treat the wound, the swelling has gone down a whole lot and it doesn't look infected, after I pulled it out I flushed the wound with a little bit of peroxide and put neosporin on it.
