Recover waterlogged stink bait?

Last year I had set about 40 gallons of milo-grain to ferment to make some stinkbait for catfishing. I forgot to bring the bucket in for the winter and it has been frozen and has become waterlogged. Just wondering if it is still good or if I should dump it and start a new batch.
