How many personal questions are okay to answer on the first week of a job?

Just because you are at the bottom of the tottem pole doesnt mean you have to be the bottom of the tottem pole. Let them know if it makes you uncomfortable and you may even get more respect for that. Some people just don't know how to spark up a conversation, without coming across as intrusive. At the same time, dont be abrasive either. Smile and be nice, may even land you a second intership or a full time gig.
