If you are going to succeed as a counsellor you have got to take the risk and start talking. The problem is smart people tend to be quiet because their brain in busy analysing everything before taking any action. If you don't open up you will get stuck doing research instead of counseling which would be a shame because most clinical psychologists can't even draw up a treatment plan. The patient just comes in, complains about their life and this goes on session after session. Don't be afraid of saying the wrong thing. Speak up and ascent yourself! Can having hives make an allergic reaction worse?

Im a 23 yr old female. For the last 15 years I have suffered from stress hives. Not only to i breakout in hives if im nervous, excited, embarrassed or mad, but also when I get hot. my body releases histamines when I feel the lest bit of stress or heat. I found out last year that im allergic to fire ants after my face, neck, tongue and throat swell up. I just recently got bit again and was taken to the ER. When im bitten by a fire ant my body releases histamines and blah blah blah so I swell up. My question is since I already produce too many histamines does that make it worse when I am bitten by a fire ant? Is that why it gets so bad? Good job on the organic milk and eggs. You don't have to be vegetarian, though. Meat is fine. You can eat grass-fed, free-range beef, chicken, pork, and turkey. You don't have to worry about the fat in nuts. I personally don't believe the saturated fat theory, but even if you do, nuts have polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats. Milk, if not raw, is a good source of protein, but is not really a good source of much else, as all the nutrients are killed off through pasteurization. I assume by whole grains, you mean whole grain bread. I would switch to Ezekiel bread, or another kind of sprouted grain bread if I were you, as sprouted grains are better for you than whole grains. You are doing a good job on the protein, organic foods, and supplements. If you are limiting your fat intake, which I assume by you saying you only eat low-fat nuts, you don't need to. Fat keeps you satiated, so if you skimp on the rice, but put a teaspoon or two more of coconut oil on your broccoli, you should have plenty of energy and feel full (although do what works best for you). Also, coconut oil is an amazing food. It decreases your appetite and improves thyroid function, which will speed up a slowed metabolism. Overall, good job, you get an A+... :D

Do I add sugar to fermenting juice?

I know a lot of smart people who had high SAT scores that could of got them into good schools, but instead chose to go to a cheap college and save money. Their theory was regardless of what school they went to they would still end up in a high paying job because of their intellect not what college they went to. I know an actuary who got a 740 on the math section of his SAT who makes over $120k a year. All he needed was bachelors degree in Mathmatics/ Actuary Science from a local university he commuted to that was very inexpensive. He has been an actuary for about 6 years now and passed all five of the tests. He knew he could get into a good school, but he thought it was a waste of student debt since either way he still was going to be making 6 figures from his bachelors degree.

Painful rash after I started working at arbys. Help?!?

I started workig at arbys 2 weeks ago. Everythime I go in the Arbys kitchen my throat starts to get scratchy and hurt. Also before I started working there I had poison Ivy severly on my legs. Sunburn blisters help?

Last Friday afternoon I got a horrible sunburn on my back, by Saturday night I had two pretty big patches of blisters below each shoulder. One got very big and I repeatedly drained it to keep it small. Now today (Tuesday), those blisters are definitely starting to go away and the redness on my skin is fading. I even started to peel. I had a family member help me peel it, but it was itching so we rubbed some lotion on. About nine hours later, I pulled off my shirt and I have smaller, whiter blisters on the top outside part of my arm and below the original patches of blisters. I popped two or three of the bigger ones and they were had clear liquid in them. Could these be a reaction to the lotion or are they another part of the sunburn? I just mixed water sugar yeast and Clementine juice how ling will it take to ferment ?

I did the same thing ( juice, water, sugar, yeast) and put it into a 2 L pop bottle and put a balloon over top. The balloon filled up and then went back down in roughly 2-3 days, which meant that the fermentation process was over. However I found that this process made more of a wine that had about a 10% alcohol content, because I only let it sit for a few days after the fermentation process was done. The longer you let it sit, after the fermentation is done, the more alcohol it will have, so you could drink it in 2-3 days, or you could wait weeks, months, or even years ( like a lot of the actual alcohol companies do) and have better alcohol (Y).

Ok, so lately I have been outside a lot so i get bug-bites. But two days ago I noticed bites (at least i think they are) in areas which are covered by clothing. Should I protest about my internship?

I have an internship this summer with a top company. I get paid well, and I'm proud to have the opportunity to work there. The downside is that I hate what field I signed up for- its not hard, its just really boring. I've only been interning for a few days and the internship seems more like a job I had back in another summer (and I can honestly say that that I HATED that job- a total waste of my summer). ok i added a small amount of crushed seeds of paradise i used simcoe i used northe4rn brewer as well i used some munich and additional steeping grains the twist to it is that i added blackberries that i blended and right before bottling i added boyseberry syrup! so was it the syrup that gave it the unusual look and foamy appearance on top of the bottles (the kind that you usually see when it is in fermenting at the top of youre fermenter while fermenting)~ its been fermented already or has it i checked on my bottles and it appears as if therte is a layer of sediment on the top level of were my bottles were filled to as well as the usual sediment that is on the bottom of the bottles! someone brought to my attention that there might be additional ferment after the bottling of this brew or is that just typical to most homebrews ! seems like its going through another serious ferment or a secondary ferment but please any experience or comments about this situation are appreciated!only serious experienced answers please!

Get the repair manual for your vehicle and get some experience. The best way to learn is to do it, and the repair manual tells you how to do it properly ;) That's what i would recomend but alot of folks(myself included) learned to work on cars just by doing it and watching someone else do it.

Sunburn blisters help?

Last Friday afternoon I got a horrible sunburn on my back, by Saturday night I had two pretty big patches of blisters below each shoulder. Don't listen to Zara because the ACT test is out of 36 and not 31/32... But I am not quite familiar with the colleges that you listed but if you want to go to a more presitigious college, retaking the exam is very necessary. Straight A's, internships a relatively high ACT score (higher than 28) will get you into good schools but not the most elite. If you are looking at Harvard/Yale/Stanford/MIT etc. you'll need to do something that will separate you from the rest of the herd; good scores won't just get you in.

You may not be able to be an intern without any training or a college degree, but you could at least find a psychologist who will discuss their job with you. My job is working at an art and frame store and I noticed that we really do waste a lot of cardboard from frame boxes. I thought in order to promote recycling, I should sell the boxes to my recycling center......but can you get money for recycling boxes? I met this really cute girl in my bio (college) class about 3 weeks ago. We small talk everday and I try to flirt with her. Roommate smells so bad?

My roommate has this constant musty smell of old dominoes pizza, B.O, dirty laundry, methane gas, burnt transmission fluid, cat urine, fermented vomit, diesel fuel, weed, skunky beer, cabbage, provolone cheese, wet beef, wet dog, non-FDA approved tacos, vaginal secretions, infectious finger pus, dead alewives, heavily used motor oil, cheese whiz, cheese whiz for dogs, marmite, sour milk, the Holocaust, and decaying flesh. Seriously, I can smell all of those things coming from him. I can't tell if its his breath, or his body. I can evade the stench by huddling in the opposite corner, but as I get closer to him, the foul odor becomes increasingly intense. I haven't confronted him directly, but have left subtle hints like spraying fabrize in his general direction, but he doesn't take the hint. I am really tempted to spray him with fabrize, but that would just add a sweetness to the smell, which would be repulsive. He is also stupid and ugly. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?
